Yeah it was patched for the PS5 to deliver 4K Checkerboard with 60Fps. That's perhaps why it looks higher resolution because its just staying at 4K resolution while the PS4 Pro version is trying to "Target" 4K Checkerboard so its not staying there all the time depending on how demanding the scene is.
