As far as gameplay and an open world sandbox is concerned this game is better than far cry 5. I'd put this below far cry 4 and above far cry 5. One thing this game deserves to be lynched about is limiting the maximum followers aloud from 2 to 1. One final note is the dog timber can now sit in the passenger seat of any vehicle you drive. Then there’s the blurry graphics, inconsistent frame rate and narrow field of view. It just doesn’t feel like a next gen game. Far Cry 5 felt far more polished on the series X except at 30FPS. Finally, the moment to moment gameplay is okay but the mission structure and lack of an upgrades path is a big step back from Far Cry 5.

Far Cry 5 has a better outpost-building, in my opinion. Far Cry 5 has some really nicely designed outposts, and you can enter any building. Far Cry 4 has a better overall world building. Sadly, there are no radio towers to uncover maps in Far Cry 5 (I loved to climb them), but you can pick up a map to see points of interests.

But Far Cry 4 is quite obviously an iteration of Far Cry 3, rather than any kind of progressive sequel. There are a lot of shared animations, reused mission templates, and other, smaller details
It is a FPS, FPS always work better with Keyboard and Mouse. When it comes to games it is always best to use the controls that are superior for that type of game. for FPS that superior control is always the keyboard/mouse. Yeah that's right when it comes too shooting.But the controller works very well too.
Far Cry 4 definitely suffered from the 'Ubisoft formula'. Far Cry 5 meanwhile tries to focus more on interesting content, with side quests actually feeling side quests. Overall, both good games, with different strengths and weaknesses, but I think FC5 is the better game. 2.
San Francisco. Dec 9, 2019. #3. Days Gone. It has a much better story than Far Cry 5. Its take on open world games is far from unique, but there's good worldbuilding, good characters. I liked the bike too. Far Cry 5 is by no means bad, but it's pretty much Far Cry again.
I enjoyed the game. As I mentioned before in my review of Far Cry 5, when I purchase a Far Cry game, I expect a Far Cry experience. This game delivered exactly what I paid for. In my opinion, it was event better than Far Cry 5. The improved story and the absence of the same "sleeping" formula in each zone for story progression was nice. P41pJrm.
